Summer Care 15-2-15 is a lawn maintenance fertilizer that helps maintain healthy lawns and yards during the summer months. It’s designed to withstand numerous mowings and hot temperatures, making it perfect for high-traffic areas. Use it with your hose-end sprayer for easy application and follow up with Autumn Care and Quick Green for a complete year-round lawn care program.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
SOIL & ROOT CARE: Mix 2.5 ounces (5 tablespoons) with 1 gallon of water to treat 500 square feet. For larger areas, apply 1-3 gallons per acre. Repeat application every 2 weeks or as needed.
HOUSE PLANTS: Mix 2.5 ounces (5 tablespoons) per gallon of water as needed.
TURF & LAWNS:
- SUMMER CARE 15-2-15 can be used on warm season, cool season, and transitional grasses such as: Bermuda, Bent, Kentucky Blue, Centipede, Perennial Rye, St. Augustine, Bahia, and Zoysia. It is suitable for use on tees and greens, fairways, roughs, sports turf, soil, and lawns.
- Mix 2.5 ounces (5 tablespoons) in 1 gallon of water and apply to 500 square feet of lawn. Repeat every 2 weeks or as needed. To use a hose-end sprayer, set to apply 2.5 ounces (5 tablespoons) and apply weekly or set at 10 ounces (20 tablespoons) and apply bi-weekly.
- Apply 2-5 gallons in 100 gallons of tank mix per 1,000 square feet of lawn, adjust based on the desired nitrogen rate:

VEGETABLE & FIELD CROPS: Mix 2.5 ounces (5 tablespoons) per gallon of water. For larger areas, use 1-3 gallons per acre.
FRUITS & NUTS:
- Citrus: Apply 1-5 gallons per acre at pre-bloom or bloom stages. Repeat in 30 days, then as nitrogen needs arise.
- Stone Fruits (Peach, Plum, Prune, Nectarine, Apricot): Apply 1-1.5 gallons per acre from bud swell to early bloom, repeating in 30 days. For improved fruit quality, apply 2-4 gallons per acre 4-6 weeks before harvest. Post-harvest, apply 5-10 gallons per acre in 1-2 applications to strengthen buds and store nutrients (compatible with zinc).Â
GREENHOUSE & NURSERY: Apply 2-5 gallons per acre as needed to promote growth and enhance plant health, tailored to specific species’ needs.
Always perform a jar test to check compatibility before mixing with other products in your spray tank. No special agitation is needed.
