We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to drive the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and increasing revenue growth within the agrifood sector. In this critical role, you will connect our innovative products and solutions with customers and stakeholders, playing a key part in advancing our companyโ€™s objectives and market presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Marketing Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the agrifood sector that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue growth.

  • Content Creation & Management: Generate compelling marketing content across various platforms, including blog articles, social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional collateral, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.

  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Lead and oversee all facets of digital marketing efforts, encompassing search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing, to optimize our online presence and reach.

  • Public Relations & Media Engagement: Develop and manage impactful public relations and media campaigns to effectively communicate our brand story, increase visibility, and foster positive relationships with media outlets and influencers.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, leveraging data insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and brand development.

  • In-depth knowledge of the agrifood and home & garden sectors, including current trends and market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for articulating complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.

  • Innovative mindset along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive marketing initiatives forward.

  • Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic and video editing software, web analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

We are seeking a highly motivated Bioremediation Specialist to lead initiatives in promoting sustainable bioremediation practices. In this role, you will conduct research and develop various field applications for soil treatment, bioremediation products, and various agricultural inputs. Your contributions will play a vital role in advancing our commitment to environmental sustainability and agricultural efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Development & Field Applications: Formulate effective bioremediation products and design field application strategies to enhance soil treatment processes and agricultural productivity.

  • Customer Insights Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret customer feedback and performance data to inform product improvements and adjustments.

  • Customer Education & Support: Provide expert technical assistance to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about product usage and benefits, fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness and practical applications of our bioremediation solutions.

  • Marketing Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to help craft targeted strategies that highlight the benefits and features of our products to potential customers.

  • Presentation Preparation: Develop compelling presentations that effectively communicate product information, benefits, and scientific data to a diverse audience.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients through regular meetings and travel to build robust relationships and address their needs effectively. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Plant/Soil Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the agrifood industry (preferred) with a focus on bioremediation or sustainable agricultural practices.

  • A strong customer-orientated approach with a commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.

  • Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate product performance and customer needs effectively.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling creating polished reports and presentations.

  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, which will aid in broadening our customer outreach and support efforts.
